Angela Song is an executive coach and former C-suite operator who partners with technical leaders navigating increased scope, organizational complexity, and high-stakes decisions.
Angela spent 20+ years leading product, marketing, and data science organizations at Meta, Google, PayPal, and venture-backed startups including KiwiCo, ShopRunner, and Minted — partnering closely with founder CEOs and boards while building and scaling teams. Her clients are primarily senior leaders in product management, engineering, design, and analytics who need to build self-awareness, translate strategy into execution through people, and lead with conviction and clarity.
Angela's coaching is grounded in operating experience. Having held senior and C-level roles herself, she understands the realities of leadership at scale: moving quickly, managing competing tensions, and influencing outcomes without relying on authority. Her approach combines analytical rigor with human insight — clarifying values, surfacing patterns, and helping leaders understand their impact so they can achieve meaningful results.
Angela holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Economics and Statistics from UC Berkeley. She lives in the Bay Area, gets her best ideas while hiking or strength training, and loves discovering delicious local eats.
"Angela has a rare ability to bridge hard data with deep human insight. She taught me to apply an economist's rigor to people management — achieving results that feel as good as they look."
